White
Chocolate Macadamia Frost
- 3 cl Monin White Chocolate Syrup
- 3 cl Monin Macadamia Syrup
- 12 cl half & half
- 1 ½ cup of icc
Pour ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream and chopped nuts.
White Chocolate Blueberry Cafe
- 8 cl Monin White Chocolate Syrup
- 1,5 cl Monin Blueberry Syrup
- 20 cl fresh brewed coffee
- 6 cl milk or cream
Mix syrup with hot coffee. Add milk or cream and stir. Top with whipped cream.

Watermelon Vodka
Pour:
- 10 cl Vodka
- 4 cl Monin Watermelo
Refrigerate. Serve in a flask with a long straw or in an iced shooter glass.
Pastèque Panna Martini
Martini glass
In a shaker 3/4 filled with ice, pour:
- 4 cl Vodka Currant
- 3 cl Monin Watermelon
- 1 cl half & half
Shake and strain.
Anguria Espresso
Martini glass
In a shaker 3/4 filled with ice, pour:
- 4 cl Vodka
- 2 cl Monin Liqueur de Café
- 2 cl cold espresso
- 2 cl Monin Watermelon
Gingerbread Syrup
- Old-fashioned glass
- 4 cl Whisky
- 2 cl Monin Gingerbread
- 2 cl Apple juice
- Decorate with apple slices.
Gingerbread Caraib
- Little Old-fashioned glass
- 4 cl Old Rum
- 2 cl Monin Gingerbread
Squeeze a lime slice and drop it in the glass. With or without ice. Serve with a chilled water glass.
Gingerbread Mojito
- Tumbler Glass
- 4 lime slices
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- 3 cl Monin Gingerbread
- Mash
- 4 cl dark Rum
- 3 cl soda
Stir and add crushed ice.

Liqueur de CAFE
Please welcome the newest Liqueur addition, LIQUEUR DE CAFE and enjoy these terrific recipes:
I. B2
- Shooter glass
- 2 cl Vodka
- 3 cl Liqueur de Café Monin
- 2 cl foamed milk
Pour the liqueur, the vodka and the foamed milk.
II. Tiramisu Martini
Martini glass
Fill a shaker with 3/4 of ice, and pour:
- 4 cl Liqueur de Café Monin
- 3 cl Liqueur de Pêche Monin
- 1 cl Sambucca
Shake and strain. Top with whipped cream, decorate with chocolate powder.
III. Expresso Martini
Martini glass
Fill a shaker with 3/4 of ice, and pour:
- 3 cl Grand Marnier
- 3 cl Liqueur de Café Monin
- 2 cl cold Expresso
- 1 cl Monin Chocolate-Mint Syrup
Shake, strain and pour in a Martini glass Serve with a mini Twix.
IV. God Sister
Old Fashion glass filled with crushed ice and pour:
- 4 cl Cognac
- 3cl Liqueur de Café Monin
- 2 cl Monin Hazelnut syrup
Pour the hazelnut syrup, the Liqueur de Café and the Cognac Decorate with a thin slice of lemon.
V. Cortadito Cocktail
Old Fashion glass, pour
- 1 brown sugar spoon
- 1 fresh basil leaf
- Mash and pour
- 3 cl de Liqueur de Café Monin
- 4 cl Bacardi
Add some crushed ice.
